Prendergast Landscape Contractors, Inc. (“PLC Inc.”) is a full service commercial and residential landscape company. After 14 years of installing regular concrete and Belgian block curb, I was presented with the opportunity to learn the decorative concrete industry in 2003. Since then I have taken concrete to a whole new level by understanding that the smallest detail makes a biggest difference. Every project starts with a personal analysis of your project and is managed from start to finish by me. NOT ONE installation is installed without me being present, leaving customers reassured that they will receive the best in customer service and artistry.

With many large scale commercial projects, it is easy to see why so many townships and builders would want to work with PLC, Inc. to design and install their projects. PLC, Inc. offers a wide variety of products to fit any hardscape idea. Of course, stamped concrete is our specialty though not our limitation! Outdoor hardscape, indoor flooring and concrete countertops, vertical stamping, and service and maintenance of existing stamped concrete and pavers are just a few of our many services.
As for the future, as the decorative concrete industry evolves, we will as well by researching new techniques and performing controlled experiments with the latest and best products keeping in mind sustainability for the environment without trading quality.
